Connecting waste heat
to real-world impact

We recover waste heat from data centers and deliver it to industrial facilities — cutting energy costs and carbon emissions across South Florida.

Heat out Return
01 — The Problem

Data centers generate enormous amounts of heat. Almost all of it is thrown away.

~340M BTU/hr

rejected by a single 100 MW data center — vented into the atmosphere through cooling towers, around the clock.

The same heat

is being manufactured next door: industrial facilities burn natural gas to produce hot water and process heat a data center is discarding for free.

Two energy systems, meters apart, working against each other. Connecting them is not a research problem — it's an infrastructure problem.

02 — The Solution

A closed loop from server hall to factory floor

Heat leaves the data center at supply temperature, travels through insulated underground pipe, and returns cooled — a continuous loop, engineered and operated by Irongate.

04 — How It Works

The Irongate model

We identify, develop, fund, build, and operate the infrastructure. Our partners commit zero capital. We handle feasibility, permitting, construction, and ongoing operations.
